CONDUCT
We expect our students to behave civilly at all times in and out of school.
Teachers will record all infractions stated below and a conference will be held with the teacher to discuss ways and means of reaching the desired behavior.
If behavioral problems continue a meeting will be held with the Principal and/or Assistant Director to discuss further disciplinary actions.
Listed below are a list of infractions which can result in serious disciplinary actions-detention, suspension or expulsion depending on the discretion of the Administration.
The following is a list of unacceptable behavior and the consequences of such behavior:

| 7 | Possession of obscene materials e.g. pornographic materials, etc |

| 10 | Improper attire (e.g. not wearing uniform except gym clothes or "Dress Down: Fridays for $1.00) during school hours |

| * | Causing bodily harm will result in automatic suspension. |
| * | All suspensions will be indicated on the child's permanent record. The child must also be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian as indicated on record before acceptance to the school. |
| * | Tuition will not be refunded if your child was expelled from school or for the suspension period. |
| * | Any faculty member has the right to correct an unruly individual, but no parent should correct any student other than their own child. Problems should instead be reported to the school office. |
