Policies & Procedures

A parent seeking admission for his/her child to attend Little Flower School will be required to attend an Orientation and/or Interview at which time the school’s policies, programs and curriculum are discussed.
Elementary students will require a pre-admission testing, which is designed to assess the child’s academic abilities and to ensure appropriate class placement. Students are placed according to abilities and not necessarily by age. The child's most recent report card or standardized test scores will be helpful in the placement process. A current physical is required by law for each entering student. All children must be fully immunized before the start of the school year.

Prospective parents are invited to attend an Orientation prior to enrollment. This will be an informal presentation by the Director who will charge you with the school's policies, programs and procedures. Admission is competitive due to space availability and candidates are selected on the basis of the parent and child becoming totally involved in the education process. Each completed application must be accompanied with a non-refundable Registration Fee and a medical done within 1 year by a physician.

Upon receipt of the pre-registration, parents will receive the book list. All books listed will be required for the beginning of the school year in September.

Doors open at 7:00am and closes at 6:00 pm. A Late fee of $10.00 per 15 minutes will be charged
after 6:01 pm. That amount is to be paid to the personnel who remained late with the student.

Because we count on full enrollment to meet our monthly expenses, there is absolutely no credit or waiver of fees/tuition for week/s unattended by student.
Fees are due the first Monday in each month or week depending on the payment option you elect. If full payment is received later than the 15th of the month without consultation with the Director, your child will be denied admission to class the following day.

For a testing fee of $25, incoming grade students will be tested on their grade level to better assess and evaluate placement.
Please note that students are not placed based on chronological age, but their abilities.

To keep trips to a minimum cost, we are unable to reserve more than 1 bus or other means of transportation.
Therefore, tickets have to be distributed on a first come, first served basis only.
Trip price includes admission and transportation based on the actual cost.
